Here's a homemade brownie recipe:

Ingredients:

  • 140g unsalted butter
  • 140g granulated sugar
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
  • 150g all-purpose flour
  • 20g cocoa powder (unsweetened)
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder

  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 100g dark chocolate
  • Optional: 1 cup chopped nuts (such as walnuts or pecans) or chocolate chips

Instructions:

  • Preheat your oven to 175°C. Grease a baking dish or line it with parchment paper for easy removal.

 

  • In a double boiler or microwave-safe bowl, melt chopped dark chocolate, stirring

            occasionally until smooth. Let the mixture cool slightly.

 

  • In a mixing bowl, whisk together the melted chocolate and melted butter until well mixed.

 

  • In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the granulated sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract.

 

  • Pour the chocolate and butter mixture into the sugar-egg mixture.
