  • In a mixing bowl, sift together the dry ingredients: all-purpose flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, milk powder, and custard powder. Set aside.
  • In a separate mixing bowl, cream together the softened butter and sugar powder until light and fluffy. Add the caramel sauce and chopped peanuts and gently fold them.
  • Add the vanilla extract and egg to the butter-sugar mixture.
  • Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined. Be careful not to overmix the dough.

  • You can also top each cookie with a few chopped peanuts for added texture and presentation.
  • Bake the cookies in the preheated oven for about 10–12 minutes, or until the edges are set and the centers are slightly soft. Be careful not to overbake, as you want the cookies to be soft and chewy.

Remove the cookies from the oven and allow them to cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.

Once the cookies have cooled, they are ready to be enjoyed! These chocolate caramel peanut cookies are perfect for any occasion and will surely be a hit with anyone who loves the combination of chocolate, caramel, and peanuts.
