Chocolate Caramel Peanuts Cookies

 Chocolate caramel peanuts cookies are a delicious treat that combines the rich flavors of chocolate, the sweetness of caramel, and the crunch of peanuts in a soft and chewy cookie. Here's a recipe for making delicious homemade chocolate caramel peanut cookies.


Dry Ingredients:                                                                                                                               

  •   170g all-purpose flour
  •   30g cup cocoa powder (unsweetened)
  •   1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  •   10g custard powder
  •   10g milk powder
Dry Ingredients:
  •   100g butter, softened
  •   85g granulated sugar
  •  3/4 cup brown sugar, packed
  •  1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  •  1 large eggs
Mix-ins:

  • 1 tablespoon caramel sauce
  • 150g roasted peanuts, chopped (you can also use salted peanuts for a sweet and salty flavor)
Instructions:

  • Preheat your oven to 175°C and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat.
  • In a mixing bowl, sift together the dry ingredients: all-purpose flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, milk powder, and custard powder. Set aside.
  • In a separate mixing bowl, cream together the softened butter and sugar powder until light and fluffy. Add the caramel sauce and chopped peanuts and gently fold them.
  • Add the vanilla extract and egg to the butter-sugar mixture.
  • Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined. Be careful not to overmix the dough.
  • Using a cookie scoop or tablespoon, scoop the dough onto the prepared baking sheet, leaving enough space between each cookie to allow for spreading during baking.
  • You can also top each cookie with a few chopped peanuts for added texture and presentation.
  • Bake the cookies in the preheated oven for about 10–12 minutes, or until the edges are set and the centers are slightly soft. Be careful not to overbake, as you want the cookies to be soft and chewy.

 

Remove the cookies from the oven and allow them to cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
